Prof. Riccardo Masetti is an associate professor of pediatrics at the Department of Medicine and Surgery (DIMEC) of the University of Bologna. He is a physician, pediatric hematologist, and oncologist at St. Orsola Malpighi University Hospital. He carries out research in pediatric hematology and oncology. His research interests are mainly focused on pediatric acute leukemias, myelodysplastic syndromes, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, genome sequencing, and gut microbiota.
