Dr. Juan-Carlos Jiménez-Muñoz received the Ph.D. degree in Physics from the University of Valencia, Valencia, Spain, in 2005. Since 2010, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Earth Physics and Thermodynamics, Faculty of Physics, University of Valencia. He is currently a Research Scientist with the Image Processing Laboratory, Global Change Unit, University of Valencia. His research interests include techniques and applications of thermal remote sensing, such as land surface temperature/emissivity and evapotranspiration retrieval.
