Jean-Fu Kiang received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, in 1989. Since 1999, he has been a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering, National Taiwan University. His research interest are to explore different ideas, theories and methods on various electromagnetic phenomena and possible applications, including antennas, phased arrays, propagation, scattering, radar signal processing, remote sensing, and so on.
