Dr.Jing Xie is a senior researcher at DNV GL. She received her BEng degree and the first MEng degree from Xidian University in 1999 and 2002, respectively, the 2nd MEng degree from the National University of Singapore in 2004, and PhD degreee from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in 2011. She was a software developer at Siemens Communication (Beijing), from 2004-2006. She has been a senior researcher at DNV GL since June 2011. Her research interests include software verification and validation, computer vision, deep learning, risk assessment and management, computer network performance analysis and quality of service guarantees in communication networks, network calculus, network resource allocation, optical networks and wireless networks, and computer graphics.
