Dr. Je-Liang Liou received a PhD in agricultural economics from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2011 and currently a full-time research fellow at Center for Green Economy (CGE), Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER), an economic policy think tank in Taiwan. Cost-benefit analysis (CBA), non-market evaluation, efficiency & productivity measurement, and GHGs management policy analysis are all Dr. Liou’s research interests. Dr. Liou has published more than 80 academic articles (including in Mandarin and in English) and participated in the execution of more than 70 projects. In terms of connection of professional societies, he joined several academic groups being a member, including The Asian Association of Environmental and Resource Economics (AAERE), Taiwan Association of Environmental and Resource Economics (TAERE), Rural Economics Society of Taiwan (REST), Taiwan Economic Association (TEA), Taiwan International Studies Association (TISA), and Chinese Association for Energy Economics (CAEE).
