Dr. Jugder is an immunologist and drug discovery leader focused on identifying and advancing novel therapeutic targets for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. His work integrates disease biology, translational immunology, single-cell and multi-omics data, and therapeutic modality strategy to uncover actionable mechanisms in complex immune-mediated conditions. He has led and contributed to early discovery programs across biologics, bispecific antibodies, T cell engagers, targeted degradation, and cell-based therapeutic concepts. His scientific interests include pathogenic immune cell states, tissue-specific inflammatory microenvironments, treatment resistance, and precision approaches for autoimmune disease. Dr. Jugder is affiliated with AstraZeneca, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Harvard Medical School.
