The primary research focus is on enhancing recovery rate technologies, encompassing shale oil and gas reservoirs, low-permeability tight sandstone oil and gas reservoirs, and heavy oil reservoirs, with technical evaluations of CO₂ flooding, water flooding, and chemical agent flooding. Concurrently, the team specializes in applying molecular simulation techniques and microfluidic technologies to investigate fluid occurrence mechanisms in reservoirs, interaction mechanisms between displacement agents/reservoir fluids/reservoir rocks, and achieve comprehensive evaluations spanning microscopic mechanisms, mesoscopic patterns, and macroscopic predictions.
