I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. My research focuses on microbial ecology, environmental genomics, bioinformatics, petroleum-associated microbiomes, and bioremediation. I develop genomic resources and computational tools to investigate microbial diversity, evolution, and functional potential in environmental systems. I am currently working on the Petroleum-Associated Genome Database (PaGeD), a platform designed to explore the diversity, ecology, and functional potential of microorganisms across the oil supply chain.
