Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli’s activity and research of health policies and regulations related to Cannabis has resulted in several publications, presentations, lectures, and courses. During 2016–2019 scientific assessments of Cannabis, he worked to liaise between the World Health Organisation and physicians, pharmacists, patients, and academics and their contributions. He worked as head of research at the Forum Drugs Mediterranean-FAAAT think and do tank (2015–2022). Since 2021, he has served as a coordinator for the Spanish Society of Clinical Endocannabinology (Sociedad Clínica de Endocannabinología), and is a consultant to local and national governments as well as non-governmental organisations worldwide. In 2024, he moved to the Cannabis Embassy as a member of the Interim Government. His work encompasses Cannabis, Capsicum, Erythroxylum, Papaver, Psilocybe, and other plants or fungi bridging traditional and contemporary health practices. His research interests include international law in the field of health regulations and drug control, ethics, human rights, biopiracy, environmental policies and sustainable development, and transnational drug history.
