Biography
Luis Chamba-Eras (ORCID: http://orcid.org/0000-0003-3069-9628), professor and researcher from Loja-Ecuador ("Carrera de Computación", "Facultad de la Energía", "Universidad Nacional de Loja"). He's an Engineer in Computer Science (UTPL). Master in Computational Engineering and Intelligent Systems (UPV/EHU). Master in Distance Education (UNL). Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU, the supervisors were Ana Arruarte and Jon A. Elorriaga. He has also worked on several projects with Prof. Jose Aguilar.
