Ladawan Khowawisetsut was graduated B.Sc (Medical Technology) in 2002, M.Sc (Immunology) in 2006 and Ph.D (Immunology) in 2013 from Mahidol University, Thailand. The current position is Assistant Professor at the Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. The previous research interest was the study of immunopathology in infectious diseases such as HIV and dengue infection using the flow cytometry technique. The current research interest focuses on the study of the roles of extracellular vesicles in pathology and host-pathogen interaction in infectious diseases.
