Research Interests: (1) Study the evolutionary mechanisms of key innovations of angiosperms using evolutionary developmental biology approach (Evo-Devo), based on the integration analysis of phylogeny and genes involved in the formation of key innovations   (2)Develop high-throughput precision evaluation systems and mine key genes for crop quality, efficiency, and multi-resistance. Establishes core germplasm repositories, studie germplasm evolution and environmental adaptation, and provide elite germplasm and pivotal genes for genetic improvement.
