Zongying Liu received the B.Eng. degree in textile engineering and financial management from Qiqihar University, China, in 2009, the M.S. degree from the University of Malaya in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree in artificial intelligence from the University of Malaya in 2019. He is currently a Lecturer with the Faculty of Navigation, Dalian Maritime University. His research interests include time series prediction, randomization-based algorithms, reservoir computing, machine learning, deep learning, and optimization algorithms.
