Yang Li received the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Shihezi University, Shihezi, China. He has published over 50 research papers in international reputed journals. His research interests include machine learning, image processing, IoT, edge computing, and data quality assessment. He is an Associate Editor for several SCI-E indexed journals, such as Precision Agriculture, Plant Methods, Turkish Journal of Agriculture and Forestry, Journal of Plant Diseases and Protection, Data Technologies and Applications, etc.
