Liliana Mâţă has a Ph.D. in educational sciences and is an associate professor in the Teacher Training Department of Vasile Alecsandri University of Bacău, Romania. She has published books and has had articles published in international journals on current issues in the domain of educational sciences, including teacher education, curricular innovations, and the educational use of information technology. She has also worked as a research expert and as a member and director of national and international research projects on current educational themes, including curricular innovation, pedagogical competencies, and attitudes toward information and communications technology.
