My co-author Dr. Ladislav Sigut is my PhD specialist supervisor who works at Czechglobe. His research interests include plant ecophysiology, micrometeorology, plant response and acclimation to meteorological factors, plant response to stress/climate extremes, development and application of processing methods for regularly collected data, application of eddy covariance method in the mountainous terrain, fluxes of matter and energy (eddy covariance method), phenology (phenocamera and field observations), respiration of ecosystem components (chamber measurements) and combinations with other auxiliary measurements (biomass inventory, LAI, etc.).
