Dr. Muhammad Asad Javed is an Assistant Professor at the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He completed his PhD studies in Water Resources with a major in Biohydrogen Production at the United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain, UAE. He recently led the projects on sustainability through waste and water. He has published more than 25 papers in various journals, and serves as a guest editor; he is also involved in the peer review of various articles. His research disciplines include biohydrogen, desalination, waste-to-energy, anaerobic digestion, and microalgae-wastewater.
