Allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is an effective therapy approach with curative potential for blood cancer patients. My research aims to pinpoint specific cell subpopulations that correlate with successful bone marrow reconstitution post-transplantation. My core skills include computational analysis of single-cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq data, bioinformatic tool development, and multi-omics data integration to drive discoveries in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine.
