My research focuses on the analysis and design of heuristic algorithms applied to resource optimization in various fields. Currently, I apply artificial intelligence tools to generate predictive models that improve the efficiency of heuristics. I have an HPC Grid laboratory, where I work on distributed heuristic programming across the entire Grid, applied to my research. The laboratory has three HPC clusters geographically dispersed throughout the region and connected via a microwave network.
