Prof. Dr. Alexandru Ovidiu Mederle is a member of the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine, “Victor Babes” University of Medicine, and Pharmacy Timisoara, Romania. Ovidiu Mederle engages in research in emergency medicine, applied medicine, nanomedicine, and immunohistochemical staining. Ovidiu Mederle is a member of the Societatea Română de Morfologie, Societatea Europeana de Medicină de Urgență (EUSEM), and Societatea Română de Medicină de Urgență. Ovidiu Mederle has been a project manager for two research projects. Ovidiu Mederle holds four patents, has published eleven scientific books, and more than fifteen ISI articles, and has presented forty scientific papers at international conferences in addition to being the recipient of five special international prizes.
