Mehran Moradi received his PhD degree from Urmia University, Iran in 2011. He has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Food Hygiene and Quality Control, Urmia University since September 2018. His current research interests include the fabrication of active and intelligent biomaterial for food packaging.
