I am a research assistant in the Department of Geomatics Engineering at Gebze Technical University in Türkiye, working in the areas of remote sensing, UAV photogrammetry, LiDAR, SAR, and digital photogrammetry. My studies focus on topics such as 3D modelling, land cover classification, deformation monitoring, virtual tour creation, and data integration for engineering and environmental applications. I have co-authored journal articles and conference papers on UAV accuracy assessment, vegetation and coastal studies, shallow water bathymetry, deep learning applications, and multi-source data fusion, and I continue to take part in research related to ground deformation and digital twin concepts. I also contribute to academic activities by serving as a reviewer for scientific journals and participating in funded research and collaborative projects. My overall aim is to support the development of practical geospatial approaches that can help improve monitoring, analysis, and decision-making in geomatics and related fields.
