I'm Ph.D. student in the Agricultural and Livestock Microbiology graduate program, developing research related to the genomic investigation of bacterial communities that promote plant growth isolated from sugarcane, microbiome analysis, and prospecting of enzymes. I have experience in the area of Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and Bioinformatics, acting mainly on the following topics: Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), Genomics, Metagenomics, and Transcritomics.
