Mingyue Cheng received the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 2023. She was a visiting Ph.D. student with the Information Systems Technology and Design, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore. She is now an Associate Professor in the College of Mathematics and Informatics, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China. Her current research focuses on underwater sensor networks, AUV path planning, and multiobjective optimization. She was the recipient of the IEEE ICC 2023 WICE Student Grant and the IEEE ICC 2021 Student Grant.
