Dr. Muhammad Sohail, PhD (Pharmaceutics), has been an Assistant Professor at COMSATS University, Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, since 2015. Dr. Sohail works in pharmaceutics, specializing in drug delivery, development and evaluation of biomaterials, hydrogel membranes, injectable hydrogels, and other novel drug-delivery systems for various pharmaceutical and biomedical applications. Currently, Dr. Sohail and his team are working on diabetic wounds and targeted delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Sohail has published more then 100 significant research publications and book chapters in reputed International Journals. Dr. Sohail with his team, completed various projects granted by HEC and other organizations in the area of biomaterials for clinical applications.
