Dr. Navid Ali Khan is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Director of the Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) at the School of Computer Science, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Taylor’s University, an MS in Software Engineering from Bahria University Islamabad, and a BS in Software Engineering from the University of Swat. His research interests include cybersecurity, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), artificial intelligence and machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous systems, and secure communication. His doctoral research focused on enhancing the security of MAVLink-based UAV communications. He has authored more than 65 research publications, including SCI-indexed journal articles, and has experience supervising postgraduate research in cybersecurity, UAVs, artificial intelligence, and computer vision. His broader academic interests include emerging technologies, intelligent autonomous systems, and the application of AI to address real-world technological challenges.
