Biography
Eduardo Borba Neves is Colonel of the Brazilian Army, PhD in Biomedical Engineering and PhD in Public Health. He is with the Brazilian Army Sports Commission and with Graduate Program in Biomedical Engineering at the Federal Technological University of Paraná. His major research interests are in the fields of health diagnostic, physical fitness, thermal imaging and therapeutic technologies.
