Biography
Carlos A. Olvera-Olvera received his Ph.D. in Engineering from the Autonomous University of Querétaro, Mexico, in 2008. He worked as a Professor-Researcher at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ) from 2010 to the present. In 2020, he was appointed Director of the Laboratory of Applied Inventions for Industry (LIAI) at UAZ. His research topics mainly include artificial intelligence, explainable machine learning, computer vision, high-performance computing, automation, and technologies for sustainable development.
