Dr. Mohamed Oubibi is a lecturer and research fellow at the Faculty of Education, Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University, and a visiting professor at Rattana Bundit University in Thailand. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Northeast Normal University, China, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Zhejiang Normal University, China. His research interests include, but are not limited to, smart learning, AI/AR/VR/ICT in education, and digital transformation.
