Hye Won Lee, M.D., Ph.D., obtained her medical doctorate from Keimyung University School of Medicine in 2017. She is currently an Associate Professor at Keimyung University and practices as a pathologist at Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital, specializing in hepatobiliary pathology. Her primary research interests include hepatocellular carcinoma, metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease, and radioresistance. Her research group focuses on elucidating the clinical significance of histopathologic features and conducts studies using organoid models and cell-based experiments.
