Patrícia S. M. Santos is researcher at the Department of Chemistry and Centre for Environmental and Marine Studies (CESAM), University of Aveiro (Portugal). She graduated in Industrial Chemistry at University of Coimbra (2002), and completed the MSc in Instrumental Methods and Analytical Control at University of Aveiro (2006) and the PhD degree in Chemistry (2011) at University of Aveiro (UA). Her main research interests are in environmental analytical chemistry, in atmospheric chemistry, in water quality and in technologies for removal of contaminants from water.
