Paweł Radwan, MD, PhD, DSc (Habil.), is a specialist in reproductive medicine, reproductive endocrinology and clinical embryology. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Gameta Fertility Clinics Network in Poland and Head of the ART Centre in Bydgoszcz. His research focuses on reproductive endocrinology, assisted reproduction, fertility preservation, recurrent implantation failure, immunogenetics, ovarian reserve and the impact of endocrine-disrupting chemicals on human fertility. His work combines clinical practice with translational research, aiming to bridge basic science and everyday patient care. Dr. Radwan is an ESHRE ART Centre Certification Committee (ARTCC) Inspector and former Polish representative to the ESHRE Committee of National Representatives. He has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications His current interests include the establishment of multidisciplinary research collaborations in reproductive medicine.
