Patricia Balbastre is an associate professor of computer engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). She graduated in electronic engineering at the UPV in 1998 and obtained a Ph.D. degree in computer science in 2002. Her main research interests include real-time operating systems, dynamic scheduling algorithms, and real-time control, which has resulted in publications in prestigious journals (20) and conferences in the field (57).
