I am currently working in optimizing water-saving agricultural production systems to preserve natural resources, applying non-linear analysis on spectral physiological data for early stress-detection in crops. This research is aimed in achieving food production within a permanent changing climate. Simultaneously, I am working on dissemination and application of state-of-the-art scientific and technological knowledge, developing trans- and multidisciplinary projects in food security and safety, health, education and Environmental sustainability.
