Dr. Dejan Prvulović is an Associate Professor of Chemistry. and biochemistry at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. He graduated with degrees in biology and chemistry and obtained the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in biochemistry He was a participant in several international and national projects, and a member of the scientific and organizing committees. of national and international scientific conferences and meetings. He has conducted research, training, and teaching in different European countries and the USA, and published more than 150 papers in international and national scientific journals and in Congress proceedings. His main research interest falls in the field of plant biochemistry and technology: plant response to different biotic and abiotic stress factors, oxidative stress in plants, and Animals, botanical pesticides, and their modes of action on different organisms and phenolic compounds and antioxidant systems in fruits.
