Rahul Kumar is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Vidya University, Meerut. He holds an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Galgotias University and a B.Pharm from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. His research interests include Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD), pharmaceutical chemistry, and molecular modeling. He has authored research articles, book chapters with international publishers (Springer Nature, Elsevier, CRC Press, IGI Global), and is an inventor on a design patent for a MUC-1 based SPR biosensor for Triple-Negative Breast Cancer diagnosis. He has actively participated in national and international conferences, contributing to discussions on drug discovery, computational approaches, and pharmaceutical innovation. Rahul has been recognized with several awards for research and innovation, including top positions at Anveshan 2025, Health-A-Thon 2.0, Pharmathon 2024, and Idea Hackathon 2024. His ongoing work emphasizes integrating computational and experimental strategies to advance drug discovery and therapeutic development.
