Ratih Devi Alfiana is a lecturer in the Midwifery program and Human Resources Development at Alma Ata University, Indonesia. She graduated as a midwife (S.ST) from Respati University (2009) and completed her Magister of Midwifery (M.Keb) at Padjadjaran University (2017). She has a Google Scholar H-index of five and a Scopus index of two. Ratih Devi currently works in the Human Resources Development of Alma Ata University. Her research interests include anemia in pregnancy, maternal and child health, reproductive health, and family planning. Ratih Devi is a member of the Indonesian Midwives Association.
