Rosenberg Romero holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Autonomous University of Puebla as well as a Master's degree in Photothermal Sciences and a Ph.D. in Energy from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is a professor and full-time researcher at the Engineering and Applied Sciences Research Center (CIICAp) of the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM). He has served as the leader of the absorption heat pumps project since 1996, and he has written indexed international articles on renewable energy and energy sustainability. His research topics mainly include energy recovery, absorption heat pumps, heat recovery systems, non-conventional cycles, and artificial intelligence.
