Dr. Rana Muhammad Ammar ZAHID is currently affiliated with Yunnan Technology and Business University, China. He has 15 years of academic and industry experience including 4 years post Ph.D. He earned his post doctorate from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, and a doctoral degree from the Izmir University of Economics, Turkey. He is also an Associate member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA). His current research focused on International Accounting and Finance, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adoption issues, Capital markets, ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), Regional Trade Agreements, and Corporate Governances issues in emerging markets. His research work has appeared in many internationally recognized journals and he also participated in a number of national & international conferences and workshops across the world.
