Alexey M. Romanov (Senior Member, IEEE) earned a Graduate (Hons.) degree in mechatronic engineering and a PhD in electrical and electronics engineering from MIREA—Russian Technological University, Moscow, Russia, in 2010 and 2014, respectively. In 2021, he received habilitation and, in 2022, became a full professor. He is currently a full professor with MIREA—Russian Technological University. His research interests include image processing, signal processing, real-time sensor networks, robotics, and FPGA design.
