About Me
Dr. Sappasith Klomklao is a graduate in Food Technology from Prince of Songkla University. He joined the Food Science and Technology Department at Thaksin University in January 2007. His research program involves food science and technology, with an emphasis on enzymes and proteins. Dr. Sappasith has been engaging with regulatory agencies and industry through consultation, panel member and/or sharing information related to technology applications in the food and agriculture sectors. For teaching, Dr. Sappasith is responsible for teaching Food Chemistry, Food Analysis and Nutrition.
