The main purpose of this paper is to show some conceptual fundamentals for a new theory of mathematical interpretation (TMI), which can be used for solving the non-formalised and heavy-formalised tasks in different areas of science. This theory has all principal factors, which are inherent to any theory. Foremost, this theory has the historical, theoretical, mathematical and simulation fundamentals. In addition, it has the mathematical description as a set of the postulates. Thus, this theory will be able to expand a sphere of using of an existing mathematical tool in other (specific) areas of science and some possibilities for their further application. This everything is confirming the uniformity and comprehensiveness of the existing mathematical tool, and it is showing some possibilities of a mutual penetration of different areas to each other.

The problem of arithmetic operations performance in number fields is actively researched by many scientists, as evidenced by significant publications in this field. In this work, we offer some techniques to increase performance of software implementation of finite field multiplication algorithm, for both 32‐bit and 64‐bit platforms. The developed technique, called “delayed carry mechanism,” allows to preventing necessity to consider a significant bit carry at each iteration of the sum accumulation loop. This mechanism enables reducing the total number of additions and applies the modern parallelization technologies effectively.

Presented by the author's indicative-geometric method (IGM) is a new method for estimating the significance or any properties or features of business entities. This method can help to choose the best (or worst) business entity from some set based on its aggregate indicator. In addition, this method can be used for estimation, when the studied object has some indicator values of the different physical nature. The principal advantages of the indicative-geometric method are the following: 1) versatility; 2) ease of implementation; 3) high speed calculations; 4) visibility by use; 5) commonality contribute of the input parameters or indicators.

The structure and features of the construction for intrusion detection and prevention network systems, as well as methods for the correlation analysis of telecommunication traffic in computer systems and networks are considered. Method for detecting malicious software based on the correlation analysis of network traffic is proposed. In particular, it is shown that using the results of statistical studies of time series on the basis of calculating the difference of correlation integrals (BDS-testing) allows to detect the malicious software traffic to improve the computer networks security of promising Smart Grids systems.
