Sergey Kolesnikov is a Dr. Sc. (Med.) Member of the Russian Academy of Sciеnces. He is Chief Scientific Officer of the Scientific Centre for Family Health and Human Reproduction Problems, Russia. He is the author of 50 scientific books, 515 articles, and 20 patents, and he is also the founder of the Big Scientific School of Ethnic and Population Factors in the Formation of Public Health.
