Si Lv received the B.S. degree and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Power Engineering, Hohai University, Nanjing, China, in 2018 and 2024, respectively. From 2022 to 2023, he was a visiting scholar with the Department of Energy Technology, Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark. He is currently an Associate Professor at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT). His research interests include the planning and operation of coupled power systems and transportation systems. Dr. Lv serves as an active reviewer for many IEEE Transactions journals. He was selected as an excellent reviewer for the Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy in 2024 and 2025.
