PhD Lecturer at Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad (Faculty of Economic Sciences) and public external auditor at the Romanian Court of Accounts. I hold two PhD degrees: one in Accounting from West University of Timișoara (2017) and one in Management from Valahia University of Târgoviște (2019). My professional training also includes a postgraduate program in Financial Audit at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (2022–2023). I am a Chartered Accountant and a member of CECCAR since 2013. My research sits at the intersection of accounting, external audit, and governance/control, with a particular interest in quality management (including its behavioral dimension) and in reporting tools that enhance transparency and compliance in the public sector. In my publications, I have examined—among other topics—the accounting and tax treatment of corporate restructuring and the behavioral dimension of quality management.
