Biography
Dinh-Tien Luong received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from Minghsin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 2022 and 2024. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. His research interests encompass renewable energy policy, industrial policy, decision-making techniques, and their applications to strategic management.
