Aspiring skin science researcher with a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Kyungpook National University. Since 2021, I have been working as an efficacy evaluation researcher at MORECHEM Research Institute, where I focus on various aspects of dermatological research. My primary research interest lies in the field of skin science, particularly the mechanisms of melanogenesis and melanophagy. A key research accomplishment includes: Uncovered a novel mechanism of melanophagy, demonstrating the PTK2-ITCH-MLANA-OPTN cascade's critical role, with potential implications for pigmentation disorder therapeutics. Currently, I am also exploring the interactions and mechanisms of action between natural products, fermented products, and the skin.
