My research focuses on the development of comprehensive databases of bioactive markers to support the creation of next-generation Australian foods and innovative food products. Leveraging expertise in advanced chemical analysis, foodomics, product authentication, and bioactive compound characterisation, my research aims to ensure food quality, underpin product integrity, and contribute to improved human health outcomes. Beyond research, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring new generation of food scientists at Murdoch University, where I currently serve as the coordinator of the FSN Food Chemistry and Master Project units at the Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia. I look forward to engaging with fellow researchers, industry professionals, and students to advance innovation in food science and analysis.
