I am a zoologist focused on understanding ecological and evolutionary processes operating at the interspecific level across deep timescales. My research combines phylogenetic frameworks to investigate how lineages diversify, adapt, and persist over hundreds of millions of years. Using scorpions as model organisms, I explore the biological traits that have enabled their long-term evolutionary success.
