Samuel Yanes was born in Tenerife (Spain) in 1997. He received his B.Sc. degree in Electronic and Robotic Engineering from the University of Seville in 2020, and his M.Sc. degree in Electronic and Automatic Engineering in 2021 (Hons.). He received its Ph.D. in Electronic, Automatic, and Telecommunications Engineering from the same institution in 2024. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic Technology at this University. His research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence to electronic systems, complex optimization in decision-making problems, and embedded systems for autonomous aquatic vehicles and environmental modelin using Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
